The Department of Public Health advises that consuming raw or undercooked beef, poultry, eggs, fish, lamb, pork, or shellfish may pose a health risk to all guests, especially the elderly, children under 4, pregnant individuals, and anyone with a compromised immune system. Thorough cooking of such foods reduces the risk of such illness.
