Coconut-Crab Luau Dip
“Luau is one of the most traditional dishes from the Hawaiian culture. I remember growing up in the islands and going to different gatherings - there would always be Luau. I’ve put a little spin on this tradition and did a Crab luau. Coconut milk and taro leaves cooked till tender will always be close to my heart and I wanted to share this tradition with you.”
"A real local favorite is the butterfish. Marinated black cod (Sable fish) gets the name because of its rich buttery and flakey texture. The herbs and rice wine cuts through the richness of the fish, accompanied by our veggie fried rice makes a match made in Hawaii. My family is still asking for the recipe.”
Flourless Sea Salt Chocolate Cake
"I always have room for dessert, especially if it's something chocolate with ice cream. So it was only fair to have this combination on the dessert menu. The sea salt really brings a balance to this dish as the warm chocolate cake and the cold doce de leche ice cream hits your taste buds creating my favorite ending to every meal.”
